The ReWild protocol pack (tracker notes)

The protocol pack is grouped into phases so you can log food, supplements, and checklists. Items listed below are pack contents for reference — follow only what your clinician approves:

Phase 1 and 2+: Strict Carnivore Reboot (Weeks 1–8)

Eliminate all plants to stop fermentation by Klebsiella and other pathogens, focusing exclusively on grass-fed animal products. Core foods: beef, lamb, eggs, bone broth. Prioritize organs — 2 ounces beef kidney daily (DAO, selenium, riboflavin, manganese) and 1 ounce liver daily (retinol, copper). Phase 1 (weeks 1–8): no plants. Phase 2+: these core foods stay 90–95% of calories.

Phase 1: Weeks

• 1.1 Extinguish Oxidative Fires: N-acetylcysteine 600 mg twice daily, magnesium glycinate 400 mg bedtime, zinc picolinate 30 mg + copper 1 mg morning, bone broth 2 cups daily.
• 1.2 Detoxification and Inflammation Control: Lactoferrin 200 mg twice daily, sulforaphane 20 mg, astaxanthin 4 mg, andrographis 400–1,200 mg standardized, timed-release melatonin 3 mg at 21:30, dandelion root 500 mg standardised morning.
• 1.3 Optional items listed in the protocol file: Follow only what your clinician approves. The tracker does not prescribe drugs or doses.
• 1.4+ Microbiome Reseeding: Two eggs daily, ursolic acid 100 mg, spore-based probiotic 5 billion CFU (e.g., Bacillus coagulans, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus clausii).
• Throughout Phase 1: Omega-3 EPA/DHA 2 g daily, mixed tocopherols 400 IU vitamin E daily, vitamin K2 MK-7 200 µg daily, sunlight or 4,000 IU vitamin D3 daily.

Phase 2: Maintenance

• Maintain 90–95% carnivore calories.
• NMN 250–500 mg/day (sublingual or capsule, morning) or nicotinamide (non-flushing B3) 500–1000 mg/day split morning/evening.
• Modified citrus pectin 3–5 g daily. Saffron 30–50 mg standardised extract (≥3% crocin/safranal). Sarsaparilla root 500–1000 mg extract daily.
• Dandelion greens/root/tea 1–2 cups daily. Pomegranate ¼–½ fruit or 100–200 mg extract. Raw honey 1–2 tbsp daily.
• Land of Milk and Honey Bowl: full-fat Greek yogurt + 1–2 tbsp raw honey + 1 tsp trehalose + bentonite clay (or activated charcoal 500–1000 mg if kidney/adrenal sensitive).
• Vegan organ alternatives: legume sprouts (kidney/DAO); whole grains, legumes, nuts + beta-carotene (liver/copper); lentils and spinach (eggs/iron).
• Daily lifestyle: morning sunlight 10 min at 9 AM, sauna, 40 Hz auditory, grounding, tai chi / yoga / Chi Gong with 4s inhale / 6s exhale.

Guide — Fungus

Addressing Potential Fungal Biofilm Persistence. After Week 4 only, if signs suggest fungal overgrowth (white tongue, recurrent thrush, sinus issues, glandular swelling, positive fungal markers).

• Antifungals: caprylic acid 1–2 g/day, undecylenic acid 250–500 mg/day, berberine 500–1000 mg/day, oregano oil 200–400 mg/day.
• Biofilm support: increase NAC to 1200 mg/day, EDTA nasal/oral rinse, increase lactoferrin to 400 mg/day, Xlear Rescue or Copperine (when available), enzyme blend (serrapeptase 120,000 SU + nattokinase + lumbrokinase).
• Start low, titrate up, monitor Herx reactions.

Guide — Mixed diet

When and how to test a more mixed diet. Only after full recovery (no symptoms for 3–6 months, normal ferritin/IL-6/copper/ceruloplasmin, stable energy, no PEM).

• Add one new low-risk food at a time (e.g., berries, squash, dark chocolate, small amounts of nuts/seeds).
• Monitor 2 weeks. Fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, or gut issues → remove it permanently.
• If tolerated, 70–80% carnivore is the recovered baseline for most people.
• Do not return to high-fibre, high-oxalate, or processed-carb diets.
